Gao Dil Se is a dream come true for all amateur singers and lovers of desi music.
First of all, there is Varsha, an accomplished professional singer in her own right. She has an amazing voice and hearing her sing is a pleasure in itself. More importantly, She provides genuine encouragement and critical feedback that is extremely helpful for newbie singers like myself.
Another critical aspect of karaoke is sound mixing and audio quality. This is where Sunil comes in. Not only is he an expert technically but more importantly he understands each and every song that is played. However the most critical thing in my opinion is that Sunil also understands a singers vocal range and limitations and seamlessly blends it that makes even a newbie singer sound good !!
Varsha and Sunil, please keep up the great work and continue to provide inspiration and encouragement to all aspiring singers out there. Looking forward to the next event !
Vishnu Patel – Gao Dil SeWhat A Treat !!Last Friday on July 7, 2017, I attended an evening of pure music and melodies organized for the fifth time by Varsha Joshi called ‘Gao Dil Se’ at Mirch Restaurant in Edison. What a treat it was !!!Varsha is a great singer, yet very much down to earth. Even though she is a classically trained veteran singer, she loves to encourage amateur singers of each and every level (including a bathroom singer like me).It was a great experience for me. Even though this was my first introduction to Varsha and her group, I felt at home. I was impressed so much that I became a member of her group. My best wishes to Varsha and her husband Sunil (also a sound engineer) for a bright and successful future.— Vishnu Patel. Vegetarian Vision – A (501) (C) (3) Non-Profit Organization, located in NJ, came in touch with Varsha Joshi & Group few years ago where we invited her to entertain at our Annual ThanksGiving Dinner in Manhattan, NYC.
Being a non profit, organization focused on vegetarianism, we wanted a friend, supporter and entertainer who is in-line with our mission and vision of the organization.
A vegetarian by birth, Varsha Joshi was a perfect decision to our professional event. She diligently helped us not only as a singer but also guided us to efficiently conduct the problem. Her supporting crew and her husband with a fantastic sound system along with 2 extremely talented young daughters are a boon to the music world in the US.
Since our first event with her, to-date, Varsha has been always there to support the mission and vision where she volunteered to host our Mr. & Ms Vegetarian Pageant as a professional Emcee, Singer and host. She has also entertained and rocked our cruise.
Her professionalism, versatility, punctuality, presentation and overall guidance to our events, is truly commendable and recommendable. Whether it is bhajans, garba, bollywood music, theme parties or hosting and emceeing an event, social and formal gathering or karaoke parties, we highly recommend her and her group for their services.
Looking forward to her future participation to support our noble cause.

” India Association of Garden State (IAGS)” – a non-profit organization based in East Brunswick, NJ contracted Varsha Joshi & group for our Annual Event held in December 2016. She provided excellent live singing, MC and DJ services for the function.
They were very professional, arrived on time to set up the PA system and ensured everything was functional prior to start of the event. We received very good feedback from our members on her team’s performance. Most impressive for us was the engagement she was able to get from audience of diverse age group; her team entertained all of them!
We recommend her services for any musical event or social gatherings.
We are looking to organize a Garba event in 2017 and would love for her to sing live Garba for us. Our members already have a preference for her!
